Illustration has begun!

I am excited to announce that Zoe Barnish has begun drawing up Roscoe's Moustache.

It has been a little while since I started writing this first book, Roscoe's Moustache, but I have finally made it to the illustration stage. Having never done anything like this before I was naturally apprehensive that my story would ever get to this stage. But I am so excited to see what Zoe can come up with and see the first sketches.

Time frame

In terms of the timeline for the book, Zoe estimates that the final print ready files will be with me early to mid November. Up until then we will be going through the process of initial sketching, refining the design of Roscoe himself, the basic scenery and layout of all the pages. Zoe will be keeping me up to date during the process and there will be some back and forth with design ideas until we get something we are happy with.
