Hi everyone! I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all today!
After months of hard work and creative collaboration with my illustrator Zoe Barnish, the very first colour pages of Roscoe's Moustache have just arrived, and I couldn't wait to give you a sneak peek.

Seeing the story come to life in colour is truly magical. Roscoe, our charming Schnauzer, looks as lively as he is in real life, and the woods he explores really feel full of wonder.
Zoe has done an amazing job capturing the different moments from my story and putting them across in the way I intended them. Every detail, from the textures and colours in Roscoe's fur, to the way the bugs are drawn, makes the characters pop off the page.
One of my favourite scenes is when Roscoe meets his first bug friend, a bright red ladybird who appears on the end of his nose after one of his rummages through the bushes. The look of wonder on Roscoe’s face is so close to some of his real-life expressions.
Another one would have to be the encounter with the squirrel; one of the more comedic scenes in the book sure to make you giggle. But I will leave that as a surprise for you to read!

There’s still a little more to go, but things are moving fast! I can’t wait to share more updates with you as we get closer to the final book.
In the meantime, I’d love to hear what you think! Any questions you have about the book you can get in touch through my website email and social media channels. You can also comment down below on this blog page.
Stay tuned for more updates soon!
